Kate wore a thin cream jumper which was fitted and had a circular neckline.

The fitted jacket had two large black buttons at the front which were left undone.

The look had large pockets on each side and Kate covered up from the cold by holding the blazer closed.

She completed the ensemble with a pair of Gianvito Rossi black high heel shoes, £520, which had a closed toe.

Kate was spotted standing outside with William as they met with members of the charity.

The Duchess looked elegant wearing a pair of drop circular white gold earrings which had diamonds across them.
