Melania Trump is often spotted out wearing gorgeous outfits from her wardrobe, and this weekend has made no difference with the US First Lady rocking some gorgeous pieces for the G7 summit in France. On day two of the summit – which is an organisation made up of the world’s seven largest so-called advanced economies – Melania’s outfits came up to an eye watering £22,398. What did she wear?
On Sunday, the 49-year-old was pictured wearing head-to-toe white, as she met with the other G7 wives.
Melania sported a cotton wrap dress by designer Calvin Klein, which is believed to be from two seasons ago.
Although it’s unknown how much the belted dress cost, similar dresses on the website went on sale for around £320.
The former model teamed the dress with a pair of Christian Louboutin flats, costing £445.
But it’s Melania’s Hermes Birkin which really wracked up the bill.
The white bag is from luxury French brand Hermes and fans can buy the same model “Kelly” for £19,693 at modaoperandi.com.
As the item is from the next season, buyers must leave a deposit of £9,846 to receive the item within several months.
For the day, Melania kept her make up natural, and wore her hair in a soft wave with her trademark middle part and fringe swept across her forehead.
Later on in the day, as she headed to dinner with Donald, Melania sported a gorgeous red gown from Alexander McQueen.
The red drape dress clung to her figure, and fell just below her knees showing off her toned calves.
Melania let her dress do the talking, and kept her make-up to a minimum, wearing a light pink lip and bronzed cheeks.
She wore her hair down, but swept her fringe to side, which framed her face nicely.
The midi dress is currently on sale for $2375, which is roughly £1941.
This isn’t the first time Melania has spent thousands on her outfits.
This included a colourful designer coat which cost £1739 and a Michael Kors denim dress which cost a staggering £4400.
When she landed in the UK, the First Lady showed off her love to the UK with a midi shirt dress which had London landmarks drawn on it.
The green, red and white dress, from Gucci, set her back an eye-watering £3482.
The mum-of-one – to Barron Trump, 13 – arrived in a flamboyant yellow dress from Calvin Klein, which she teamed with a pair of bright pink heels.
While some mimicked the flamboyant gown, which had a random print down the front, others questioned whether it gave a nod to the yellow vests worn by French protestors.
